Years ago, I brought a male dog here to be neutered, he was so butchered by the vet, Dr. Hetrick, that I never brought another of my dogs to her again - until recently. The dogs I brought in for routine checkups apparently had ear infections and needed haircuts (no mats, honestly). $300 for exams, some shampoo and a med for ear infection. She was so upset and petty that she didn't get a followup appointment from me that she called animal welfare to have them check on the pets. She doesn't care about the animals, just wants more money and will go to the pettiest, greediest ways possible. You can trim your own dogs if you have clippers, you can buy the pet meds online. This is the meanest, pettiest, greediest vet that I have ever come across, she is horribly desperate for business. Go anywhere else first.

We have had nothing but remarkable service from Dr. Hettich! Not only does she take her time with each patient, she truly cares for the animals under her care. I have never had a more complete checkup for one of my animals. It was like taking a baby in for their first appt. She checks everything! She makes sure that not only your pet is comfortable, but that you are as well. We've taken multiple animals to her and will continue to do so! Awesome vet!

I loved that they took their time with my pet, and didn’t rush the appointment at all. They made sure my pet was relaxed and that all my questions were answered. They always return my phone calls within a day or so. I've never had to wait long. I would go to them over any other veterinarian. I've never doubted their abilities. appreciated that they took the time to create a sterile environment for their patients. I loved that they thoroughly explained the risks and benefits of my pet's treatment. I felt much less nervous about starting my pet's treatment, when I knew what to expect. LaVonne is THE most caring, compassionate, gentle, understanding, helpful, loving, kind, intellegent veterinarian I know. (Ank I was employed by the UW Veterinary School!) I can not thank you enough for all that you do and all that you are. YOU, your kids and staff are absolutley awesome! It would be nice if all Veterinarians were as compassionate as the staff at B & R.
