They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. My pet and I didn't have to wait long in the appointment room at all. I appreciated that they were able to get my pet in quickly. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
