I have been going to Dr" Jones for over 30 years and he and staff have taken wonderful care of all my 5 cats who all lived to almost 20 years old.
I now have another kitten and he too has great care from Dr's and staff and I would never go to any other Aniimal Clinic

I had been taking my dog to this vet for years. Until recently, I thought he was receiving good medical care through Dr. Jones's office. I have recently moved from the area, however, and found out that the medication I have been paying for for the last 6 or 7 years is ineffective for the condition my pet has. (He has a chronic cough.) I have long suspected that there was at least partly a placebo effect going on with this, but I didn't realize it was entirely ineffective for his condition. (The prescription was for chlorpheneramine for a cough, whereas this medication is suitable for allergic skin reactions.) The staff is very kind and likable, and before this, I thought very highly of them all, but I am unfamiliar with medications and was unaware of this very serious error. I would not recommend this office because of this reason. The medication was started by an associate vet who worked for him years ago and who was probably an intern at that time, but in all the intervening years, this medication was never stopped by Dr. Jones as it should have been, rather than agreeing to refill the prescription perpetually year after year after year.

I had been to other vets in this area and every time I asked them a question, they seemed "put out" and really never gave me a clear answer. When I went to Dr. Jones office, I found the staff to be wonderful, but most importantly, he and the other vets in his office were more than helpful in answering my questions. Never did he or anyone there make me feel as if my questions were insignificant, and they addressed my concerns with respect and understanding. I would definitely recommend this vet's office over any other I had visited in the past, and I trust them whole heartedly with my pets. My pets are my family, and Dr. Jones and his staff treat them accordingly!
