I came to the desk to drop my dogs off to be boarded for a few days, (and I will say I had used this facility for boarding once in the past without any problem) however this time the receptionist behind the desk was so incredibly rude to me, answered my questions w obvious irritation, heavy sighs when I asked for any information I might need to know about this visit, and snapping at me that she hadn't gotten to that point in processing me in yet, then throwing pen and paper derisively in my direction to fill out - being absolutely in-my-face rude every way she possibly could be...
Did she not have her coffee yet that morning? Is she not paid enough to be polite? I was in a bind and had to leave my dogs there for several nights and could not just walk out ( I do think the kennel care was probably ok - my dogs are back home now, and seem fine) However, I never expected to be addressed by anyone so absolutely nasty and rude - I would never never return, and would never recommend them.
