I took my cat here after searching hours online, thinking I could rely on reviews to find a great vet for my cat that I could trust. My cat had had an abscess on his neck from fighting with another cat after he got outside. It was big and my cat wasn't feeling well. I just wanted the vet to look at it and give advice as to what he recommended the next step in treatment was. Online people were suggesting it's ok to slice open and drain it but I was scared to and didn't wanna chance it. Everything was fine when we first walked in. The place was a lot smaller than I expected with only two individuals working. The vet, older man and his assistant/receptionist, older woman? My mom and I sat in the chairs waiting as he carried my cat in his carrier directly across from where I sat, they left the door open I could see them see the carrier in the table. I was chatting with my mom not giving much attention, then I heard my cat screaming!!! The man was grabbing my cat by the access on the back on the neck and literally trying to rip him out of the carrier. The assistant was tilting the carrier trying to shake my 22 lb. Main coon cat out of his carrier but my cat was too scared to come out he was screaming. I told them stop and that the top and both sides unzipped on the carrier and they didn't listen at first so instead of going to prison I told my mom to get my cat I was shaking in tears and wanted to hurt someone. My mom came out and said they were sorry and that he's not in pain they didn't hurt him he just didn't wanna come out. My cat was shaking I never seen him shake like that before he was honest to god terrified. After they had me get him out and they shut the door, looked at him quickly and prescribed antibiotics He wouldn't even prescribe pain medication after that. Please avoid this place at all costs, don't even chance it. If you do, watch your pet closely. I'll never return.

Dr. Kahlon, has a great bedside manner, and provides excellent care. We have been patients since 1993. we have 4 lb chihuahuas now, and had a Shepherd before. I would highly recommend this veterinarian.
