Dr. Gouverne and his staff exceeded my expectations. Everyone in the office is friendly welcoming, and knowledgeable. Dr. Gouverne has excellent bed-side manner, is realistic and honest about what surgery can achieve and what to expect afterwards. He did not rush through appointments, but took his time to answer questions and made me feel at ease.
