They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. After my Breast Reduction I had no clue as the the great job that Dr. Ward had done until I meet two ladies that had also had BR. I even saw a magazine article encouraging BR but the pictures of after procedures were not near as good as mine. This all happened 15 years ago but I am sure he has only gotten better.
