I was so pleased with Dr. Shell and the results from my reconstructive surgery. The staff was also very helpful, kind, and generous. They took great care of me and handled every aspect of my care from insurance to call in questions very professionally.

Dr Shell eased my fears and my inhibitions about my condition. He performed surgery which was extensive, yet he made me feel all would be well soon. Great personality and thorough follow up. I highly recommend Dr Shell.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
Does this provider give unbiased advice?
Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

I love Dr. Shell and the entire staff. They ALWAYS know me by name when I call or come in. Dr. Shell is EXTREMELY professional and has ALWAYS gone above & beyond to meet my needs. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is considering visiting a plastic surgeon.

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
