I began seeing Laura Parks for my eczema and stress from work and life. She is very professional and is highly trained and you can tell by her level of care. She was extremely thorough on my initial visit, taking over 90 minutes to analyze me and formulate a plan of treatment. Even after my first treatment I felt amazing! The needles did NOT hurt when I was treated! I left with not a care in the world and feeling energized from the treatment. She takes time on each visit to analyze by asking questions, checking pulses, and finding out what your chief complaint is.

Laura is an excellent educator, as she taught me what each needle was doing and read the history on the acupuncture points. She is also well versed in the ways of a holistic lifestyle, complimenting her treatments and outcomes.

I began to notice a reduction in my eczema the day after my first treatment with significant decrease in redness/irritation which soon faded to my normal skin pigmentation within several days. She always has a smile on her face and has a bright personality. I highly recommend Laura to my friends and family.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

A friend had told me about Cloud 9 Acupuncture after she had great success with her treatment helping her curve the appetite for smoking. I had never tried acupuncture before but wanted to try an alternative. I was diagnosed with a stomach condition, Ulcerative Colitis, a few years ago and had a flare up some months ago. I have limiting medical insurance and my medications are very expensive. After my first treatment I noticed a drastic improvement. I have been receiving affordable acupuncture treatments for a two months now and my results are amazing! I highly recommend anyone to try acupuncture just once to see if you can benefit.

They made sure that their license was prominently displayed. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly I can be taken care of. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
