I love the doctor BUT unless I am there talking to him there is no way to talk to him, buy email or by staff. from what I can see. If this message gets to anybody in the staff or anybody else I would like to know why the staff did not follow the process in place. Can I talk to the doctor directly or some body that can follow all processes and let the person who is paying for the service talk to doctor. I have ask to talk to the doctor with the the staff, but that does not work. Can the staff please get doctor to ok the fax the to insurance company.
