The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. The one thing I love about them is that they always help me out when I need my glasses repaired or adjusted. They always fix my glasses pretty quickly, so I never have to worry about being without them. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.

They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Simply the best choice for eye exams and glasses (or contacts). Very personable, super conveneint, respectful of my time and what works for my schedule. Dr Thompson takes time getting to know how and what my eyes need to do for me and then made excellent suggestions for my needs. No one had ever done that before! Explained the entire process and never kept me guessing what to expect next. Great selection of frames, very helpful in making the proper selection (ended up getting two pairs). I will recommend this practice to everyone from now on!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field?
Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
