After reading the March 25 review I am positive that they gave a review to the wrong business. There are only two people who work at the facility, Dr. Rummel and his Assistant Mandy who are both super friendly and helpful. I highly doubt Dr Rummel would talk about his own practice badly. Also I've lived in West Bend for years and there is not a bad neighborhood in West Bend. It is a small rural community.
I have been going there for years and they are reasonably priced and I always feel wonderful after I leave. And when I injured myself at work last Christmas and couldn't leave they actually stayed in touch with me all day over the phone giving me pointers on how to best get through the day without further injuring myself until I could set up an appointment to be adjusted.

After reading the review dated March 25, 2013 for Rummel Chiropractic, I feel the need to write this review.

I have been a patient at Rummel Chiropractic Clinic located in WEST BEND, WI since it opened. My entire family sees Dr. Rummel and we are on first name basis with the staff, Mandy. I have always had the most positive experience at Rummel Chiropractic. I have gone in feeling ill and after being adjusted have felt significantly better within hours of my visit. I have chronic migraines and have come in for visits with illness symptoms such as flu, fever, cough and cold. I find that if I receive an adjustment by Dr. Rummel when I am ill, I recover rapidly from the illness.

The person who wrote the review dated March 25, 2013 truly has not visited this Rummel Chiropractic located in West Bend, WI - there is not a single "scary" neighborhood located in the suburb of West Bend.
