What a nightmare!!! There is no communication between therapists and the front desk. Appointments are made for days the therapist isn't available. This morning the pool was freezing and patients were not told before they got in. The only aquatic therapist is currently "out" and no one is there to provide therapy, but don't worry. You can still get in the pool not under supervision and do your own therapy while your insurance gets charged and they get paid. Go at your own risk.
