I didn't feel any numbness after my visit. My neck felt so much better after the electrical stim and heat, and the massage was great! So far, the treatments have gone well. Only one time, they were running behind, and they apologized. It happens!. I was very happy to see how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was easy to find from their directions. They've never used foul language, which I appreciated. This shouldn't be a part of any busines. They have always been polite and courteous. They don't mind answering my questions. The front desk wasn't very friendly at first, but loosened-up after a couple visits. Could have been more welcoming to first-time patients. I'm happy here so far.
