I have no issue with the Dr.s,

but their billing department is something else. They wait months to submit to the insurance company. I have never received a bill from them for my co-pay. I had to call each time. Twice they submitted to the insurance company leaving off the correct codes and WPS would not pay. That was a two month disaster getting it re-submitted using the right codes. Now another was denied by the insurance company. Either they are overworked or totally inept or both.

They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I came in for eye care and left needing back care because of the poor quality of chairs in the waiting room. They were the cheap plastic kind and my back started to hurt while I was waiting for my appointment. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice.
