I had a follow up appointment with this provider, who I found not to be friendly with me at all. I arrived to my appointment about 20 minutes early. I sat waiting to be called for an hour. After seeing her call a patient who had arrived after me, before me, I decided to leave. As I waiting patiently for over five minutes for the secretary to cancel my appointment, I witnessed 2 other patient who had arrived long after I had, being called before me. When I told the secretary who was very pleasant, that I couldn’t wait anymore, she asked if I needed to make another appointment, I told her no. The only difference between me and the other patients is the color of my skin. I wish places like Oak Orchard Chiropractors will say upfront that they not treat people of color, so I could have saved a quarter tank of gas, and my precious time and energy.
