I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. The office was easy enough to find. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. Helped me maintain mobility and truly cares about you, the patient.

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything
Were this chiropractor's adjustments gentle?
They were somewhat gentle, but I wasn't impressed
