I felt better after my initial appointment. My pain was reduced. They answered all of my questions. Their staff was friendly enough, but not overly friendly. At times when I call, I feel like a bother to them. But, I will say that I will NEVER return to their office for any treatment. I had an appt booked for a massage and adjustment. During the morning, I seemed to have developed some sort of virus. At first, I thought it may have been something I ate but it worsened as the morning went on. I called 45 min prior to my appt to tell them i needed to rescheduled and why. I was quickly informed there was a $25 cancellation policy and I could take care of it when I came back in. I understand that offices deal with people not showing up, but this was not a no show. I asked again if he planned to charge me the fee and he said yes. I told him I would not be back. Come on, why would you charge someone when they are trying to rebook an appt the same week? Obviously, this was an extreme circumstance. There are more facilities in Greenville that offer the same services with much better customer service.

Yes, I didn't have to drive anywhere!

Absolutely!

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
