Total quack! When I arrived Nancy Hollis was in the middle of berating her receptionist and didn't stop on my account, nor did she apologize, which made me totally uncomfortable. Her treatment "office" is a cubicle with open ceilings so there is no privacy; the waiting room can hear everything you're discussing. Her demeanor is rude and arrogant, and her background questioning made me feel like a defendant on the witness stand. She has some very odd personal interpretations of chiropractic care and is rigid in her beliefs--its her way or the highway. She demands that you watch a demonstration of her "special" techniques before you are treated which amounted to a bad magic show complete with "ta da!" gestures and endless spewing about how only SHE can change people's lives. The entire performance was all about her and not about me and my back problems at all. I can see how some people could be drawn into "Dr" Nancy's cult but I knew immediately this woman was not playing with a full deck. There are so many more caring, competent chiropractors out there, please avoid this one.
