They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early.
