I have been going to Dr Greg Edstrom for a long time and I hate to be writing this review, For a while I though my pain was from stress, but it's not. He push down on my upper back harder then he normally dose. His adjusting tables foam that he used when he recovered it is not thick and dense enough. Were your upper chest rest laying down is wood under the thin foam, it dose not give when he pushes down on your back. The foam roll that he used under my chest was old and wore out. He says my rib is out of place so I gave in and went back hoping he could help. Big mistake, the same thing happened and made the pain worse. I'm still in a lot of pain in my sternum (upper chest) from the adjustment over three months ago. I gave him a better foam roll, but I feel that's not going to help the table problems. After I suggested treating the area with ultrasound, he did that. Since then I bought my own ultrasound, treating it my self three time a day.
