They've given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips. They know how important it is for my recovery. My level of satisfaction was very high after this appointment. I was impressed with how the doctor catered to my needs. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

I didn't want to keep on taking the OTC meds for my neck pain forever and my orthopedic group didn't have any answer as to why my neck pain was getting worse. My friend referred me to Dr. Zientek and he found the problem right away - my whole upper spine was out of alignment. After a few weeks, the pain was really reduced and and now I just go back to visit Dr. Z when I need a 'tune up'. I really think that the next recommendation from my doectors would have been surgery, so I am so thankful that I got chiropractic care.
