Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement.
I was definitely stiff when I left. I wish they had been more gentle. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice it as badly, but the practitioner was smelly.
