There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The personality of Dr. Carafelli and the way he listens to you and explains everything is leaps and bounds above the last chiropractor I went to! He was also FAR more effective. I left my old chiropractor feeling sore, but I leave Dr. Carafelli feeling refreshed and immediately notice pain reduction, as well as improvement over time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
