This place is 100% unprofessional. I have had good experiences with them in the past (e.g., more than a year ago). However, in my most recent hour of need, I called them on a Monday morning to request a chiropractic appointment the next day. They called me back on Thursday at 11:30AM to tell me that their offices were closed all week and that there would not be any appointments available until the next week. When I told them that I had gone with another provider and that it wasn't extremely cool not to call patients back for 4 days, the person who called told me that it was my fault for not knowing because they had been "advertising that they would be closed for almost 2 months". Here's two places they weren't advertising that: on their webpage: http://www.washingtonstwellness.com/ and on their answering machine message, which said that they would call me back the next day at the latest. Additionally, there is constant staff turnover to the extent that you can't identify anyone who works there for more than 6 months, and they routinely "switch computer systems" and apparently have no way to go back and pull up records (even patient records) from before the changeover.

Now I will say that once you get in there, if you can overlook the lack of professionalism (this is a healthcare provider, right?), the chiropractors are relatively skilled, and one of the great pluses is that you get a 15-minute massage with each chiropractic visit. However, sometimes you have to sit and wait for 30-45 minutes after your appointment for that to happen. At that point, you've probably been away from work for more than an hour, and the tension from being away is probably already screwing up your chiropractic adjustment.

Overall, I cannot NOT recommend this place strongly enough.
