Dr Ahee's office overcharged us 5 different times, we might not have known but we contacted our insurance for general questions and realized he had been dishonest about what he was allowed to charge. He owes us several hundred dollars but refuses to pay. In addition, he uses foul language and discusses other patients by name who are not present. Ahee and his wife Barbara are nice until you ask for an itemized statement, then they are defensive, rude and dishonest. Please check with your insurance to make sure you are being billed correctly and do not leave a visit w/o an itemized statement.

While most chiropractors have several treatment rooms in which to afford patients privacy while they're receiving treatment, Dr. Ahee has one large room with several tables. He moves from table to table, conversing with various people in the room while he works - not necessarily concentrating on the patient, but sometimes talking to them about the patient ("pretty girl like her - too bad she's been having so much trouble with these pretty legs"). With this set-up, he exposes the patient to the rest of the patients in the room by discussing their health concerns in full voice so that everyone can hear, and asking personal questions which they are expected to answer in front of the rest of the room. It's almost like being on a show. Finally, when he was "examining" me and I was lying face up on a table in a room full of men (I am a woman), he said, "I'm going to undo your belt," and while he was saying it, unbuckled my belt, undid the top button on my jeans and started poking around my abdomen while pulling back my jeans. It was not ABUSIVE or UNETHICAL, technically - but it was inappropriate and an extremely uncomfortable situation for me. He was out of line. I will never go back.

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

The phone rang a lot and it was really annoying

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

The equipment they used during my adjustment seemed very current and safe. You could tell everything was well taken care of. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
