They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
