It was a complete waste of time and money for the Arizona court to assign my family's divorce to Brian Yee. It appears to have simply been a political decision. My family's trauma occurred over 20 years ago and from the reviews that have been posted on this and other websites since then, the system is still broken. Arizona families should not expect the court system to protect their families and loved ones. The system should weed out bad apples and hang them, rather than promote them. Without any apparent system of accountability, the system remains broken and the corrupt appear to only care about their own pocketbooks. Arizona judges appear to be directing referrals to their friends. Referrals not based upon merit but based on receiving kickbacks in the process. Someone needs to prove me wrong, but the legal system is broken. Arizona is still the wild wild west.

Brian YEE is totally unethical, dishonest and a CROOK! If I could rate him negative 10 stars I definitely would. Do NOT go to this quack or allow the court to send you to him. He is no expert in psychology but I would say he is an expert in maliciousness.

July 2011, Yee Brian was appointed by the court, he is the most unethical, dishonest, incompetent person he destroyed my family my older son now is almost 18, and still dealing with reunification with them thanks to Brian Yee.

Agree with other reviews. Had a rock solid child custody case against ex wife and documentation to support her neglect and abuse of children. Was appointed Yee and had serious concerns after reading reviews but was counseled by my attorney to proceed. Should have trusted my gut. He proved to be incompetent, disregarding facts laid right in front of him. He overlooked that my children had been heavily coached by ex on how to answer questions and I lost my custody case based on his dismissive approach.

Unethocal, dishonest, incompetent. If you visit this guy, keep your hand on your wallet. He completely destroyed our family. He saw my sons when they were 2 and 3 years old. They are now 23 and 25 and require therapy for what he did to them.

If he is appointed to you I feel sorry for you and your children. He will overlook obvious signs of abuse and has serious bias towards women. He was court ordered to do an extensive custody evaluation in our case but didn't bother to interview two people who lived in my ex wife's house and one who lived in mine. Of course he still charged us thousands of dollars. He literally said in court that he didn't have enough information to make the recommendations that he was court ordered to make. Perhaps he should have gotten this information from the three people who he didn't bother to interview?
