I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. I couldn't believe how much foul language they used during my appointment. It was so unprofessional.
