Dr. Fran has helped my child and others we know. She's very good - my son went to see her several years ago and has not needed to return because she gave him tools and information that he can use over and over again when needed.

I think the three and a half star rating is somewhat ridiculous. Who cares about the magazines? And if you do, they are fine. More importantly, she is someone who really cares about you. She as always been flexible when I have needed time reschedule. She has helped me a lot, and I would recommend her to anyone who is seeking a comfortable and helpful environment.

Also, regarding the noise level, I have no idea what the person below is talking about. In all the times that I've been to her office it has not once been noisy. Seriously, not even once.

The questions you ask about providers are somewhat misleading. Dr. Wintroub is an exceptional therapist: incisive, compassionate, extremely clever; an extraordinarily good listener, but also an active participant in the therapy process. People seeking therapy probably could care less about the quality of the magazines! They're dealing with life-changing issues that affect their well-being in a fundamental way. You ought to revamp the questions to be more appropriate to the healthcare modality.

Yes
Was this provider's office too loud?
Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud
Does this psychologist always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
Did this psychologist have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines?
Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection
