They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. They've always been very respectful and have never interrupted my appointment to take a personal phone call. I've heard of other psychologists doing that and I think it's so rude. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They were friendly and made me feel at home.

However, there is an issue with the bill. I can't reach anyone in the office to get it resolved and have left numerous calls. The calls are never returned. The referral doctor has not been able to obtain the test results and it has been a year despite numerous calls. They have a definite issues with clerical employees.
