No, I left with more problems than I came with!

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

Not really. I usually have to wait a long time

Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients

The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. I had a hard time bearing the cologne they were wearing, it didn't smell very good at all. It wasn't the worst I've ever smelled, but it definitely wasn't the best. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. They definately show favor tism and also make up lies to the judges. if you have a court order to go to this facility located by the courthouse i feel very sorry for people. Carrie is not bad but NICOLE is horrible. She does not follow guidlies for anything and also has such an attitude its impossible to speak with her on the phone. Half of the building does not have heat including the bathroom and every room is so unsanitary i wouldnt even want to take my animal in there. They are ruining westmoreland county reputation by letting them even service people. I wouldnt even trust them with an animals life if it was my decision. They change files to suit themselves and also i believe they accept money on the side as well and also bully people. They have nooooo clue how to answer any questions and do not return phone calls in a timely manner either. I I suggest to anybody who is ordered a case with them to ask the judge for anywhere else available!!!!!!!!!!!!

Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I definitely don’t want to go back to see them. I have absolutely no confidence that they know what they’re doing. My appointments get canceled here a lot. I usually just go to someone else in the area because I can't count on them ever. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. Not only did they not rush my appointment, they even let me talk past my scheduled appointment time to make sure I was able to say everything I needed.
