They've always been very respectful and have never interrupted my appointment to take a personal phone call. I've heard of other psychologists doing that and I think it's so rude. They had very flexible appointment hours and were willing to work with my schedule. I didn’t have a hard time getting an appointment at all. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
