After several months of counseling 2 things struck me as unprofessional. First her politics are extreme right wing as in Trumpism , I am and always was an independent. The tribalism in this country is very disturbing to me on both sides. So, when you need your "safe zone" or neutral zone" this is not the place for anyone seeking "balance" in their lives. I did not seek help with the intention of being converted to anything. I run a business and my wife's parents had passed away and I was mainly stressing over her mental health while trying to run my business. Secondly,at first she was mainly on time and as we progressed she was not. The last visit I sat for 15 minutes waiting, I just left. Both these behaviors are unacceptable, at least to me anyway.

Carol is amazing! She is able to get at the heart of issues and help you find a way to approach them differently and work them out for the better.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I appreciated that they took the time to listen to my input and concerns. I feel like we're working together instead of them just telling me what to do. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.
