. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. My appointment with dr was cancelled 3 times with no notice. Only nurse practitioner available and she was a pill pusher. They weren't easy to reach in an emergency at all. I had to call several times and leave messages and they never call back. If you're looking for care, don't go here.

The first time I called them should have been a clue. I left a message and no one returned my call. I know dr offices are busy, so didn't think much of it and called again. After making my appointment and we hung up, I realized I did not confirm the address with her. Utilizing their website, I sent an email requesting office location information aproximately 3 weeks before my appointment. I sent another email a few days later and still, no response. I eventually had to call the office to obtain the directions.

My second visit was at the end of the day and the dr was running behind, as well as had a walk-in for after my appt, which was already 15 minutes late. He spent less time with me (even thought it was only my 2nd appt with him) and I felt he was trying to get me out the door as it was already 5 PM and he had the walk-in waiting.

When I called this week to make my appt I received voicemail. No return call. I call the next day and when directed to voice mail am told voice mail is full and I cannot leave a message. I have never received voicemail for a dr office that the mailbox was full. This has seriously made me question their services and reliability to me as a critical healthcare provider. I hate searching for a new doctor, but this does not appear to be the healthy choice for me.
