Unprofessional, at best. Whined to my MD when I left a message on Dr. Townsend's voicemail, stating that I would not work with her. When I tried to explain that I was cancelling my appt b/c I did not have the money to pay her, she mentioned this to my MD as well. But of course, Dr. Townsend left out the part about the $.
