I've never had to worry about someone not being able to help me right when I need it. I love how much attention to detail the counselor showed. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The counselor is not gender biased, has a realistic view of all sides, and extremely fair and knowledgeable for those involved. A+
