This place is horrible. The secretary was rude and nasty, they don't hold any confidentiality, discuss things right in the waiting room. They had us come in an hour early which was pointless. The counselor has an issue with men, and is majorly uneducated in the field of psychology. Stated things that were not true about her state and services in the field that the state provides but she stated they didn't. I left unsure about what she said and decided to investigate, and yep she was full of it. We filled the paperwork out and then they stated oh the counselor is running late because she had to punch all the stuff into the computer. We get in there she didn't even have it punched in yet, now we had waited 1hr and 15min. She was doing it as we talked. Same questions were asked from the paperwork. She quickly attacked me many times, but yet failed to listen or show any empathy. We went to them to ask for a little help with our child, not because we had to, but because we wanted too. I won't ever go back there again. I can't believe they work with children, this is scary. They are there not to help but to take in money.

They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Never return phone calls,
