I spent two years going to Walter as I worked through my divorce. What he did for me was help me create a new "normal" in my life and understand what a healthy relationship is supposed to look like. Since then I have remarried and I can't tell you enough how "normal" feels. It is wonderful. Walter was always professional in our sessions and I never felt awkward. Thank you doesn't relate enough of how grateful I am for his help.

Walter Wayne Swinhoe Assaulted and Sexually Assaulted Me too lied under OATH about the nature of our relationship and a false contract he devised with his Criminal Secretary Claudia, I do not know her last name. They both lied under OATH. I went to the District Attorney's Office of Wichita Falls, Texas and To the Wichita Falls Plolice Department as well as Detective Marisa Cervantes and the Mayor of Wichita Falls. He has spent time in Huntsville Prison for Murder, Had his License of Psychology taken for having sexual relations with patients that lasted year's while at Taft Counseling Center and the Center was Surd! Too he and Wife were defrauding the IRS! FACE A RATING BASED ON THE MOST CLEVER LIAR AND FRAUD I HAVE YET TO ENCOUNTER! LASTLY STOLE MEDICATION AND UPWARDS OF$20,000.00 PLUS FROM MY FAMILY

I have been a client of Walter Swinhoe for several years, both in one-on-one sessions, but mostly in group therapy. He recently helped me tremendously in an individual session, to overcome an insurmountable problem, or at least I thought it was. It was not! And the relief that I felt on leaving his office was a blessing.
But mostly I look forward to our weekly group sessions. One becomes very close to the other members of the group through these interactions, seeking help and providing support for our fellow "groupies". Dr Swinhoe (Walt) keeps us focused, provides feedback and validation but basically lets the group run the group, helping each other and learning about our own issues at the same time.
I would not hesitate to recommend Walter Swinhoe to anyone in need of counseling or help getting through difficult times. You feel like he is your friend, but never doubt that it is always on a professional level .

Walter made me understand myself and helped me work through my problems. He always remembered my earlier sessions. He will never know how much he has helped me and my family. When I have problems I will always go back to him. I will always refer him to other people that are having problems.

A great counselor. I have been to about 6 counselors during my lifetime, and he (Walter) gave me the most practical advice of any of them. He listens intently and offers suggestions that you can actually use. I am very happy with his service.
