Simply the best. Issues I had a resolved. My addiction to cocaine is gone many years ago over 20. I've been really well mentally because of this wonderful god-given talented woman. I will always be grateful to her for what she did for me and never giving up on me. There was no hurdle of mine that she couldn't jump over. Such a sharp mind to really be in touch with what I was going through at any moment's notice. I love her.

Excellent listener-good questions.Really cares about her patients. Respects you and you can trust her . I always feel heard and understood no matter how crazy I think I am being. Dr.Andi is a good teacher and helps you resolve issues and helps you look at things in a healthy way. I never felt judged or uncomfortable about my issues. She has a great understanding of trauma and addiction. I have been to many “ specialists” but never felt better. She is flexible and does not mind giving you extra time to deal with whatever. I never felt that she was watching her watch or clock like others.

Dr.Strauss has a very approachable insightful attitude towards your recovery. She understood my issues and let me work at my own pace. Her hours are flexible.

Many years ago..she gave me the skill to rid myself of any remorse I held on to. My arms drew onto my torso. It was near as though I was experiencing evilness leaving my soul. Suppressed remorse can bring great harm bodily and spiritually. The first time it scared me.. During the sobbing and body contortions, I ask Andi, what are you doing? In her calm and soothing voice, I heard, "My job George" today if anything negative hits a ceiling I can purge it.. Thanks, Dr. Strauss..Merry Christmas! GOD BLESS!

Absolutely! I never have a problem!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

As soon as I walked in the door I noticed right away how clean their office was. It was obvious that they took very good care of it. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
