They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods (like having a bedside manner of some human kind). The chairs in their waiting room were fine. They didn't explain my treatment options in any detail, and I am pretty sure I just wasted my money because they didn't check insurance first and it won't be covered.
