They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there.
