This is an institution at its worst. They do not provide services, to say that would be false advertising; DIS-service is what they actually offer. A large majority of clients are court ordered for treatment through CPS or probation referrals. These clients ability to reunify with their children or satisfy probation requirements depend profoundly upon staff member's reporting of compliance in their programs. Clients have no way to argue the validity of these reports if unfavorable. This institution does not track the outcomes of clients, the success rates of programs and there is no accountability for non professionalism going on there.

Perfect climate for abuse of power and that is what goes on at every level.

Can you trust an institution to help the public manage their behaviors (as if that mission statement hasn't ill served many people looking back) when they themselves are verbally abusive, vindictive to those who question their authority and are so depraved of ethical concerns that they stopped taking all insurers except medicaid because of the double billing perks associated with state funded care. But who cares, its only the citizens of this community who must pay back the state.

This is a corrupt institution that offers this county nothing but additional "Unhealthy Behaviors". Are they surprised to have received bomb threats...I'm not.
