In 2013 her dog, which she takes to her office, bit a child's earlobe off. She was order by town not to bring dog(s) to her office.

Several years later, a client who had prearranged to bring her own dog to a therapy session, had her dogs attacked by Droescher's dogs, which she had failed to secure prior to the client's arrival. The dog required 32 stitches. The client had a concussion from the melee that ensued.

Her dogs are aggressive, she seems mentally ill. I would not take a family member to see this woman.

Very easy to talk to, compassionate, understanding easy going and non-judgmental. If you are looking for help and are afraid to talk to someone, Shelley Droescher would be the person to help you out. This is my third counselor that I have visited and is easy to talk to and allows me to open up. She has the patience of a saint.

This lady's dog bit my daughter earlobe off during a session! Please please do not go to this quack. My daughter was supposed to be in a safe place and instead she was scarred for life! She also showed almost NO CONCERN for my daughters injury. Needless to say she is being sued BIG TIME by us!

Gave advice regarding our child that has since been found to be damaging by other mental health professionals. Would not take small children to her as I feel she is unsafe both mentally and physically if her dogs are around. Currently seeking a malpractice lawsuit against this practice.

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.
