Kristine Rickards is a savy, supportive, wonderful professional. Facing a crisis in our family and being new to the area, I didn't know where to turn. The company's EAP directed me to Kristine. It was obvious from the beginning that she cared about my welfare, spending time prior to my appointment, on the phone with me. Kristine is connected within the community, so can provide vital resources, but more importantly, she knows what she is doing. It is often difficult to even locate a LCSW, let alone one who is competent, and one you can connect with? Priceless.
