Please go somewhere else, this is not the place for vulnerable people. I was a member for 18 years, and after a friend was threatened by another member-then blamed for being threatened-they told her it was her fault. I didn't or could be there anymore. The staff should not be there and Joan is a Joke of a mental health worker. She mistreats the members thinking they can't or won't speak up for themselves and when they do she gets them band from the property so they can't tell their side of the story, it happened to my friend.
