On Our Own of Frederick County is not a psychologist's office. It is a Wellness and Recovery Center for individuals with lived experiences involving mental health challenges. On Our Own is a place where people can meet others with like experiences, and feel accepted. The center provides support to people interested in getting more involved in their own recovery.
