A registered sex offender (child molester, bad touch bill) hugging you from behind is not acceptable. Im not insensitive Im not homophobic. It's sexual assault. Molesters rapists trannys and the unapologetic homeless line up for handouts. Its a drop in center taking government funds pretending to be a recovery center. The executive director has a soft spot for child molesters and goes out of her way to protect them.
