I found Cynthia Olivier to be uninviting, had a lack of eye contact or mannerisms consistent of someone who truly was concerned. Her initial actions was was immediately secure payment at the beginning of the visit with her back turned to me for up for 5-8 minutes. Not a great first impression.
I then found Cynthia to be very judgmental of my situation, not an easy person to talk to despite at a very vulnerable time. There was more time handing papers in my face without even looking at me without actually talking about what my true needs were. This lack of empathetic approach or care is why I cannot recommend this social worker to patients truly seeking someone to help in a healthy way.
