I WORK WITH LAURA ANN KRAMER. SHE HAS BEEN FANTASTIC. SHE IS VER PROMPT RETURNING CALLS AND HAS BEEN SO VERY HELPFUL. SHE IS COMPLETELY UNASUMMING, AND IS VERY VALIDATING OF YOUR CONCERNS AND YOUR NEEDS. IF I NEED REFILLS ON MEDICATIONS SHE IS MORE THAN WILLING TO CALL THEM IN WITHOUT REQUIRING THAT I SEE HER EVERY FEW MONTHS. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH NOVA! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
